Artificial Intelligence is blazing new paths into many industries. Using programs for these unique and innovative programs being extremely diverse, it may be stressing to understand AI’s automated procedures can be biased. AI can be programmed with its own set of prejudices.

Amazon Case Study
In 2014, Amazon desired to automate its recruiting procedure. As you can imagine, a company of the scale will require hours of resumé review period. Their answer was to create an AI program that would review project applicants’ resumes and nourish the recruiters a score.
