We thought this could finally be the week that the iOS 14.5 release candidate left its exit to programmers and people beta testers, but instead, we are getting the seventh iOS 14.5 beta on Wednesday. This beta comes just one week after the last, and undoubtedly contains a number of bug fixes and enhancements.
Previous betas have revealed that iOS 14.5 may incorporate an”Unlock with Apple Watch” feature that allows Apple Watch owners to unlock their iPhones while wearing a face mask, AirPlay 2 support for Apple Fitness+, service for your PS5’s DualSense control as well as the Xbox Series X controller, a crowdsourcing attribute in Apple’s Maps program, that a great deal of new emoji characters, along with worldwide support for 5G in Dual SIM mode on iPhone 12.
Apple’s iOS 14.5 beta 7 is now available, along with the corresponding iPad software update for programmers, iPadOS 14.5 beta 7.
